今日(17/12)跟家父與太座試行港珠澳大橋,以澳門為終站,趁機品嚐一下葡國菜。之前在OpenRice 找到這間波爾圖,已在一星期前訂了位。準時十二時半到達,餐廳已九成入座(幸好訂了位),點了乳豬釀飯,檸檬白洒煮蜆,炸馬介休球,血鴨及馬介休炒椰菜。煮蜆冇沙有鮮味,大小適中;乳豬酥脆,炒飯底略嫌太乾,飯粒有點硬;馬介休球外脆內軟,血鴨出色,好香及入味,炒椰菜有驚喜,咸香清甜兼備。之後再點葡撻及焦糖布丁,前者賣相並不吸引,但香滑流心,布丁焦糖面略厚,不過很香滑及有雲厘拿香味。是一間值得推薦,價廉物美的餐廳。
