今天因為工作關係所以一早就來了澳門,好彩老闆識做請食飯,仲帶我地去食出名的葡國菜馬介休餅即係薯仔餅,好味但我食唔到馬介休味燒牛肋骨燒牛肋骨即是牛仔骨,7成熟,很入味,正燒沙甸魚我自己並不喜歡食沙甸魚、秋刀魚、多春魚,怕他們的腥味;今次我第一次食燒沙甸魚,味道好香,沒有很大的腥味,我接受到燒馬介休亦是第一次食,感覺似食銀雪魚,有很香魚油的味,很滑咖哩炒蟹用了大量的洋蔥爆咖哩,所以咖哩很香;作為主角的蟹亦很新鮮鮮甜,但略為多油
