我發覺今次同船屋食嘅野好似,不過其實呢個係係葡式海鮮飯黎嘅。呢個海鮮飯係我想再黎食嘅原因,湯底加入大量海鮮同番茄、洋蔥煮,好濃海鮮味,大蝦有4大條、仲有青口魷魚同蜆,海鮮好新鮮,但上次黎番茄味再濃d,同我回憶中嘅味道有出入呢~仲有八爪魚沙律,間間餐廳做法都有少少唔同,主要都係用洋蔥粒配熟嘅八爪魚加入香料同埋醋、香草。八爪魚大粒但食落唔會似橡筋。今年生日揀左黎呢度食生日飯,因為之前黎食過覺得好好味!幾乎係我喺澳門食過最好味嘅葡國菜,之後成日想黎但都full..難得book到生日再黎食真係好開心!我鐘意食木糠蛋糕,所以揀左佢做生日蛋糕。請餐廳寫上'happy birthday',但原來仲有Albergue 1601字樣..木糠蛋糕質感較似雪糕,係硬身嘅,奶味好濃郁,中間分左4層,每層都灑上米糠粉,不錯!不過如果鐘意軟身嘅呢個就唔適合了。

仲有八爪魚沙律,間間餐廳做法都有少少唔同,主要都係用洋蔥粒配熟嘅八爪魚加入香料同埋醋、香草。八爪魚大粒但食落唔會似橡筋。
