上網都睇過啲食評,話呢間唔錯,咁就嚟個宵夜先。位置屬於住宅區,遊客唔多覺,而我去到嘅時間都成夜晚11點幾,仲有成6到7枱客人。當然要叫幾個燒烤試試佢。厚薄適中,燒到剛好面頭有啲焦脆,肉質夠腍,佐酒呢個有腌過,但肉被嗱過,食唔到本身牛肋骨嘅香味同肉質,味道一般。呢個厚度非常好,食落有咬口但唔韌,但食唔到新鮮墨魚嘅爽脆。芥末醬份量超足(保証會標眼水呢,芥末加上蜜糖一齊燒,甜甜辣辣,一咬落去啖啖肉,仲帶點肉汁,無被過份腌製,仍保留到肉質彈性。一上枱已經比佢粉紅嫩嫩嘅肉色吸引住肉質有彈性,燒得夠香,外皮稍微硬咗少少,腌得有啲過鹹,不過有蜜糖汁伴碟,可中和返。呢道都啱宵夜吹水嘅,價錢都適中,都可試吓。
