終於回來澳門,聽說這裡的遊客少了不少,但筆者感覺人比以往更多更滿,來到這邊已到午飯時間,這一次放棄西式餐廳而選了中式餐廳,來個粵式點心午餐。紫逸軒位於四季酒店,是應屆米芝蓮二星餐廳,跟米芝蓮三星「8」不一樣,前者平實但光鮮西式裝潢的路線,後者是走精緻創新黑暗又神秘的路線,吃起來感覺完全不一樣。看看餐牌,價格沒有想像的高,本筆者還打算去品嚐同是米芝蓮的譽瓏軒,但被那個價格嚇怕了。紫逸軒的點心選擇並不算多,約有二十種,還好希望吃的這裡都可食吃得到。這一次品嚐了七款點心,還有醬油雞一隻,份量恰好。首先是筆者最愛的牛肉,但並不是吃牛肉球,而是黑木耳牛肉腸粉 (Steamed Rice Rolls with Minced Beef, Tangerine Peel and Black Fungus),第一款點心而看到這裡的性價比十分高,每份腸粉又平均又滿滿的,牛肉火喉剛好夠鮮肉味很搶,腸粉也也很薄,黑木耳比較起來平實不出眾,整體水準不錯。再來的是京葱火鴨絲春卷 (Crispy Spring Rolls with Shredded Roasted Duck and Leeks),或許筆者比較少品嚐中
