一行六人在澳門十六蒲樂軒華午餐,這家酒家的環境確實很吸引!地方寬敞明亮,配上大玻璃窗,讓我們可以一邊用餐一邊欣賞澳門的美景,真是一種享受。先來兩道菜:15年陳皮蜜汁叉燒~半肥瘦的叉燒,香甜美味,軟滑可口,有咬感古法明爐脆皮燒鵝~肥美厚肉,外脆內嫩,肉質鮮滑,香口入味。各人自選一款點心~蠔皇叉燒包、原龍鮮蝦餃、明蝦蟹子燒賣、什菌帶子海鮮餃、風味腊腸卷、鬼馬芝土燒寶卷,各款點心都有特色,很惹味,但我最喜歡鬼馬芝土燒寶卷,脆口又彈牙。吃完點心便點了紅燒豆腐斑腩~紅燒豆腐炸得好香口,而斑腩就不過不失,獻上時都熱氣騰騰,倍增惹味祥哥福建燴飯~足料的一道菜,各種材料都新鮮,味道很清,老少咸宜。總的來說,所有食物端在枱面時都是冒着熱氣,這代表著食物的新鮮、美味和廚師的用心。

先來兩道菜:15年陳皮蜜汁叉燒~半肥瘦的叉燒,香甜美味,軟滑可口,有咬感



古法明爐脆皮燒鵝~肥美厚肉,外脆內嫩,肉質鮮滑,香口入味。


各人自選一款點心~蠔皇叉燒包、原龍鮮蝦餃、明蝦蟹子燒賣、什菌帶子海鮮餃、風味腊腸卷、鬼馬芝土燒寶卷,各款點心都有特色,很惹味,但我最喜歡鬼馬芝土燒寶卷,脆口又彈牙。


吃完點心便點了紅燒豆腐斑腩~紅燒豆腐炸得好香口,而斑腩就不過不失,獻上時都熱氣騰騰,倍增惹味



祥哥福建燴飯~足料的一道菜,各種材料都新鮮,味道很清,老少咸宜。

總的來說,所有食物端在枱面時都是冒着熱氣,這代表著食物的新鮮、美味和廚師的用心。
