復活節澳門遊,男朋友話帶我去食椰子雪糕,心諗:我其實唔係好鐘意椰子味,其實係你自己想食咋掛大三巴行去媽閣廟,見到媽閣廟轉右再轉右,沿路一直行,中途會見到榮記豆腐花,再行前少少,洪馨椰子雪糕就係你既左手邊!一杯20蚊,其實份量很少,用小發泡膠杯裝住,沒有任何裝飾,十分平實。原本只係想試下味道,點知一試停唔到口。因為佢有淡淡既天然椰子香味,唔係人工只有死甜的味道,岩晒我唔鐘意食太甜既人。質感並唔係雪糕,似雪芭多啲。雖然話用椰子肉新鮮打出黎,但你係唔會食到粒粒椰子肉睇返以前既食評,其實佢加價都加得幾利害,不過又真係幾值得一試!
