澳門的「金麗華酒店 (Grand Lapa)」,前身是「澳門文華東方酒店」,在1984年開幕,當時是澳門第一間外資酒店,在2009年正式改名做 Grand Lapa。黃昏到了酒店的「薈景閣 Café Bela Vista」享用龍蝦主題自助晚餐。我很喜歡這裡的環境,圓拱型的古典設計,配上呆扇,有幾分花樣年華的味道。這個自助晚餐逢星期五、六主打各類海鮮,人均 MOP $328,可說是相當抵吃!這天我吃的就是以龍蝦作為主題。來到就是要吃海鮮啊。龍蝦、生蠔、蟹腳、翡翠螺、麵包蟹,現在很多酒店都怕麻煩而不會供應生蠔,這裏可以任吃,吃過了味到新鮮爽甜,回本位之一。另外我鍾情麵包蟹,蟹膏非常多及甜!沾醋來吃,對胃口。其他頭盤及沙律隨影,選擇也蠻多:以龍蝦做主題,當然少不了「龍蝦湯」,味道濃且輕透白蘭地味。主菜方面,主打有「忌廉汁龍蝦海鮮」、「非洲雞」、「紅酒炆牛柳」、「芝士千層麵」、「馬來西亞炒蜆」等,約廿款:我喜歡吃「忌廉汁龍蝦海鮮」,有些熱葷到肚,感覺整個人實在得多,龍蝦肉也甜。其他主菜隨影:另一邊很受歡迎的就是「即淥麵檔」,我立刻整碗魚旦粉:始終酒店前身是「文華東方」,甜品及餅食的出品有一定質
