每次去澳門，行過大三巴牌坊 都會走去呢間小店看看，要不要等餅，以前如果要買呢間胡椒餅，要排住等，因為即做，而家轉了大量生產，有好有唔好，好處是快，同無咁熱，以前熱到入唔到口，要涼一陣，而家暖暖地，剛好 ，而味到方面，胡椒味不太重，肉味剛好，同有豐富肉汁，外皮似酥皮少少香脆，不會油膩，一個剛剛好
