倫記軟滑腸粉以即拉即製既腸粉而出名,但一直未有機會試試,有香港較常見既叉燒腸、牛肉腸等等,但澳門便有蔥花雞蛋腸。店舖旁都張貼了介紹店中的食品。下單後,即叫即整,看到手法純熟咁用米漿整腸粉,倒米漿後蒸一蒸,再倒雞蛋加蔥花蒸一蒸;三兩下手勢好快就完成一碟。完成後,慢慢地卷成腸粉形狀,再手起刀落的切開。店中已放下各樣的醬汁可供客人自行添加(鼓油、麻醬、甜醬、辣醬)。加添了雞蛋制作的腸粉,蛋味唔重而且較老。食落都幾飽,而且一盒份量都很多,建議兩至三人食一盒亦可。
