晩上到氹仔Antonio Restaurant吃晩餐,友人預早訂了位,七時前到店我居然是第一個客人呢Antonio Restaurant連續多年入選米芝蓮指南及亞洲最佳餐廳評鑑,是氹仔人氣的葡萄牙餐廳餐廳内用上大量葡國彩磚及油畫做裝飾,置身其中好像身處葡萄牙小鎮中呢這油畫所畫的就是Antonio先生了,他真人挺親切的,上次到店遇見他,還跟他聊起來呢但這次見不到他了先送上小吃,是我愛的橄欖,帶點蒜香。友人不喜歡橄欖,那我就全吃光光了! (有核的要小心吃呀)餐廳還有伯伯現場唱葡萄牙歌呢,他走到各桌子唱歌,氣氛超好點了Sangria,通常是用紅酒、水果、糖漿及蘇打水調製出來的酒精飲品,毎間餐廳都有自家秘方的 Antonio Restaurant 的 Sangria 較甜,喝起來不覺酒精味,還帶些果香送來銅籃盛著的麵包,麵包還是微暖的,質感軟軟,好吃葡式焗鴨飯(Mop 230),最愛的葡國菜式之一還未送來時已遠遠聞到香味,飯焗至乾身,不會油油的,旁邊還起了脆脆的飯焦。上面方上煙肉及葡國腸,都烤得香香的,豐富了飯的香味裡面還有絲絲鴨肉,鴨絲香濃鬆化而不乾,最愛!海鮮雜燴配麵包糰 (Mop 225

海鮮雜燴配麵包糰 (Mop 225),有蝦、 蜆、帶子、青口及蟹肉在内,麵包糰就是下圖"醬汁"部份,其實是放到番茄醬汁中煮爛了的麵包,混上芫茜碎來吃的

味道及口感有驚喜,海鮮也很新鮮呢
