難得和妹妹二人濠江滿載遊,當然要捐窿捐隙搵美食,鎖定了培正中學附近的緬甸餐館。我倆有澳門通,由酒店坐巴士,只需三蚊雞來到高士德,唔洗飛的囉!   十二點前來到緬甸餐廳,剛好G floor有二人座位,無需貢上閣樓。參考餐牌推介,選擇二大人氣粉麵,再加奶茶油炸鬼套餐。   椰汁雞麵   黃色杰撻撻一pat pat的椰汁雞,不見紅油,應該不辣吧!  雞肉是先炸好,待客人點餐後才放在碗裡淋上螢光色椰汁。咖哩湯底不太辣,仍嚐到麵身帶鹼水味。 魚湯粉  配馬豆餅      濃稠的湯身有魚肉碎, 還有不同的香料,帶著宋嫂魚的影子。  但比椰汁雞麵更香更辣。香料也中和了馬豆餅的鹼水味。 緬甸奶茶配原條炸麵  餐牌大大張圖片介紹食用方法,很吸引。當中又標榜是緬甸茶葉,所以想試試。奶茶,糖,自己落。油炸鬼炸得不太硬,不乾身;浸在奶茶裡,容易吸附緬甸奶茶 。而油炸鬼原本的油脂剛好跟奶茶融合,也許這令奶茶唔削脷,無鞋口。   來到一點左右,客人驟增,店門已有多人在等候。可能是酒店退房後,再到此午餐。幸好我倆早早來到。
