去澳門快閃遊嘅話🇲🇴,梗係一過關就直接去大三巴嗰頭🏛️。我哋今次就介紹喺大三巴附近一間好有feel嘅日式小店🎌。舖頭裝修既有濃濃嘅日本風格🏯,亦都有啲現代感。原來係店主喺美國留學嘅時候📚,成日幫襯一間日籍廚師開嘅烏冬舖🍜,久而久之仲跟廚師學師🧑🏻‍🍳,將味道帶返澳門。.🥩日本宮崎A5和牛(100g)•壽喜燒($398)手切嘅日本A5和牛,油香味同埋肉味都夠晒香口😍,而且肉質真係超級嫩身,烚完之後放入口,入口即溶💦!烚完之後點埋日本生雞蛋,蛋香味好濃🍳,配埋牛肉嘅油花,真係超滿足💕。日式高濃度板豆腐食物好滑,亦都有豆香味🫘,而且外層煎過,好有日本feel🍳。鍋裏裏面嘅茼蒿、舞茸菇等等配料🥗,都索晒壽喜燒鍋甜甜鹹鹹嘅鰹魚海帶湯味道,湯底係舖頭用咗日本昆布同埋柴魚片煲出嚟♨️。呢款鍋就就配比較粗身嘅讚岐烏冬,食落口感煙韌彈牙🫦,適合做湯烏冬。.❄️冷烏冬定食($78)冷烏冬就揀咗舖頭推薦嘅稻庭烏冬,麵質比較幼身,食落口感亦都比較滑👅,好啱冷烏冬嘅食法。點埋冷麵汁,烏冬仲會掛起一啲葱花同埋蘿蔔蓉,味道清爽🎐。定食仲配埋關東煮四選,關東煮鮮甜嘅湯汁真係好香口🎏。油豆腐外層吸收咗湯汁,裏面就保留住軟滑、

冷烏冬就揀咗舖頭推薦嘅稻庭烏冬,麵質比較幼身,食落口感亦都比較滑👅,好啱冷烏冬嘅食法。點埋冷麵汁,烏冬仲會掛起一啲葱花同埋蘿蔔蓉,味道清爽🎐。定食仲配埋關東煮四選,關東煮鮮甜嘅湯汁真係好香口🎏。油豆腐外層吸收咗湯汁,裏面就保留住軟滑、重豆香味😋。雞肉丸口感好好,而且肉味幾香🐥。昆布結吸收埋湯汁,份外鮮味,好正🌊。大根蘿蔔煮得夠腍身,配埋經典嘅關東煮做法真係好夾😝。
