琴日過大海去睇"水舞間",成班Friend柴娃娃。未落船已起哄問團長介紹有乜好食?好彩團長早有準備。。。搵咗新葡京嘅意大利菜Don Alfonso 1890。 由米芝蓮二星廚chef Alfonso Iaccarino掛名。聽落個名就好威, 唔知嘢食好唔好?坐葡京巴士到酒店,順帶一提--架車落地下一層,要搵路上三樓好似入八陣迷宫!要從層層賭台殺出重圍真喺搞笑。“小家子心態”設計令淨喺嚟想食野嘅人大開眼界!言歸正傳--餐廳裝修OK嘅,只要要求唔好太高,枱布乾乾淨淨,餐具齊整我就收貨。午餐有兩個、三個,同四個菜(可喺menu任揀,一讚!)加甜品。價錢由$280(兩個菜+甜品)起。選擇幾多,一行人可揀唔同嘅嚟試。Lodax揀咗黑豚肉意式雲吞做頭盤,配燒海鮮主菜。老婆要有機浸蛋(Poached Egg)用松露櫬,配煮牛膝做主菜。雲吞唔錯,有豚肉香。看得出廚房有心思。有機蛋反而冇乜特別,只是用松露油大路貨色。蛋有微溫可取,唔會太熟。主菜嘅燒海鮮我並冇太大期望,西菜海鮮好難同中餐比,因好少用唔雪藏貨。但求無過,結結實實已不錯。結果比我想的好,冇雪味!煮牛膝反而失望,冇肉味,好在Risotto襯得味

!煮牛膝反而失望,冇肉味,好在Risotto襯得味和。甜品我要Mille-feuille,太太要暖心朱古力蛋糕。Mille-feuille奉勸大家要避之則吉。裏面唔喺用Custard而喺一的莫名其妙的黃Cream
。在side的香蕉雪糕更不知所謂,明顯係用香精貨色!點解唔用簡單Vanilla?試過老婆的暖心朱古力蛋糕覺得彷如重拾熟悉的味道

餐廳還有嘅特色喺酒牌比電話簿更厚!不過唔駛擔心,佢地提供iPad版!酒的價錢比較貴,我們點了Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva badia a passignano 2006,零售唔超過300,現買950加一。。。已經喺酒牌內箅平嘅一枝
