雙流地道水煮桂花魚及雙流地道水煮黃鱔片(MOP $180)

Poached perch with garlic chili sauce and Poached eel fillet with garlic chili sauce

今次選用了嫩滑的桂花魚,大量紅椒及川椒,紅彤彤的望落幾得人驚,但食落辣度又不會太強烈,墊底的青瓜爽脆,而薯粉蘸滿了辣汁,食到額頭冒汗,夠晒刺激。

回鍋家常臊子海參(MOP $200)

海參在時間拿捏上相當準繩,滑溜可口,而且以滬菜形式處理,食落惹味。

京城驢打滾(MOP $30)

Glutinous Rice Dumplings filled with red bean pastes stuffing

賣相簡單工整,入口柔韌有彈性,略嫌黃豆粉不足,與驢打滾的名稱有點出入。


實在好耐未遇上過如此有水準的川滬菜,雖然有點流汗,但這種痛快淋漓的感覺,真的很享受。
