Seek Your Choice 西洋菜餐館 is operated by a Chef who used to work in the Joel Robuchon group. He is pretty creative, and I noticed that he loves to put a lot of acidity into the dishes, which suits me well. If not overly much in every dish indeed..Named after Watercress Vegetable! Halibut Fish with Chorizo Sausage Broth, Mussels, Clams - With BreadThis was a good recipe and we soaked up the broth in no time. Personally speaking, it was a bit sweet and needed some more Salt. ~ 7/10
