Unlike the more sophisticated 榮記荳腐麵食,
頤德行 now only serves 凍豆腐花 加花奶 for hotter months, its mostly a 1 trick pony.
This is something which is more popular in Singapore and also served in 香港's 義香, etc, although alternatives will involve the 花奶 being substituted by Soymilk as an optionat other tofu shops!
There is Very Little Beancurd taste here, and its also NOT smooth at all, even the addition of Evaporated Milk did nothing to alleviate this fundamental problem. The Syrup was gingery and was the only positive thing as it was quite balanced. Very disappointing shop compared to its pedigree.
