上月才剛在Openrice上的專欄發表過內地Buffet難回本,想不到事隔一個月,在澳門遇上了CP值超高的自助餐。以往澳門酒店內的Buffet,因為有著賭場的支持,食物、品質、服務及環境,一向都為香港人津津樂道,但自從自助山過江到了香港,其他好幾間是保持到水準,但沒太多驚喜位。而澳門JW萬豪酒店內的「名廚都匯」,可說是今期澳門自助餐的一大亮點,驚喜位一個接一個。可以容納超過二百人的用餐區,空間感強烈,而佈局更是身邊總有取食物位,要回本話咁易。生蠔即開澳洲Tasmania生蠔,雖然每次只能取兩隻,但可以保持新鮮,帶少許海水的咸味,蠔肉的味道在口腔內慢慢散發,難怪總是在Buffet內最受歡迎。Seafood Station最吸引的,莫過於任食半開波士頓龍蝦,龍蝦膏鮮豔奪目,一睇就知新鮮,肉質爽口彈牙,夠回本了吧。至於加拿大雪蟹腳、熟蝦、加拿大青口及加拿大翡翠螺都是雪味盡去,既大隻又新鮮,難得的是refill速度夠快,基本上不用排隊等,已經值回票價。另外又有大閘蟹,足三兩半size,啱啱蒸熟即食,可以話處於最佳狀態,蟹膏甘香甜美。如果怕食得麻煩,仲有黃酒龍蝦拑可以選擇,可以話啖啖肉,但黃酒味

雖然過了感恩節,依然有火雞食,鹽焗火雞肉質當然比家雞會粗糙一點,但肉厚較厚,口感都不一樣。

湯類有蘑菇湯及西洋菜湯,只試了中湯,味夠濃,肯花時間去煲,但找不到西洋菜,問問師傅,原來已通通溶入湯內,難怪會這麼甜。

P.S : 真心一句,這是在下近年來在澳門踫上過最精彩的Buffet,難怪就算是閒日都全院滿座,個人相信當中有不少客人並非住客,希望餐廳方面能精益求精,下次光顧時會再有驚喜。
