今回午飯的主要目標是誠昌飯店的水蟹粥。飯店有兩層,下層較光猛,上層則較陳舊。一行二人點了一窩細的水蟹粥及一碟酥炸鯪魚球拼墨魚丸。水蟹粥色水呈微橙色,內含半只蟹。蟹粥粥底用上膏蟹、肉蟹及水蟹餚製,清甜得來又留有蟹膏甘香,加上粥底綿身,食味不俗。至於水蟹,相信同窩用上不同水蟹製成,其中有一件不太新鮮。其餘蟹件都算清甜,但蟹肉口感當然沒有肉蟹般實在。至於酥炸鯪魚球拼墨魚丸,剛炸起的鯪魚球的確皮薄酥脆,魚香及彈牙度一般喇!墨魚丸則製作出色,除有酥香外層外,墨魚味甚濃,亦富彈牙口感,值得推介。
