早前跟食友去了澳門走了一遍,吃喝玩樂在所難免,而酒店food court方面近日推出新菜色,總共超過十款,有食友就選了乾咖喱牛肉配椰漿飯。乾咖喱牛肉配椰漿飯是來自馬來西亞的風味,由牛肉、乾咖喱、什菜及椰漿混合烹調而成,肉質炆得軟稔,香味十足,而且濃稠的醬汁帶有芳香的榔子味,甜甜的令人胃口大開,只要澆點醬汁在白飯上,即時增添美味,三扒兩撥已經可以碗底朝天。
