My first Michelin 🌟 experience in Macau! ...Wow it’s a 3-star 🌟🌟🌟 restaurant and also Asia’s 50 best! We ordered one Trio Platter each to try different BBQ items. It included their signature Barbecue Iberico Pork Pluma, Caviar on Crispy Pork Skin and Peking duck. They were sooo delicious
My favorite was Caviar on Crispy Pork Skin
I wanted another one!!!

Other dishes were also mouth-watering and memorable. Another favorite was Hot & Sour Kanagi Crabmeat Soup

Steamed Garoupa on Egg White with Huadiao Wine was very well-balanced, smooth and succulent

Seafood Fried Rice 🍚 was cooked beautifully as expected

Beef dish & Dessert Platter were OK.

Overall, it was a super satisfying Cantonese dinner at its finest

Dinner for 2 people (without wine) was: HK$4000

If you would like to splurge, it’s worth a try!
