係澳門嗰度食魚翅其實都幾出名下,特別係幾間較出名嘅魚翅店,特別多人提起。而我比較鍾意食嘅就係呢一間譚家魚翅,鍾意佢個湯底嘅味道,甚至多過佢嘅魚翅。佢個湯底嘅味道有啲酒香,但係飲落去唔會有種好嗆喉嘅感覺,鮮鮮甜甜咁樣,真係唔知點樣整到。而魚翅其實我嘅知識唔多,亦都唔係特別鍾意食,所以每一次嚟到呢度就係食最平嘅$55嘅石鍋魚翅就已經好滿足。一碗55元,佢就買會有二兩嘅魚翅,大概有1.5塊左右,食落去魚翅已經整到好淋,真係好有翅嘅味道,但又冇腥味,另外仲會有芽菜同埋莞茜一齊配上,唔會甘齋。今日就比平時叫多咗一個套餐,佢個套餐有一個魚翅,一個包汁時菜,一隻10頭嘅鮑魚,一件冬菇,一碗白飯,仲有個椰汁燉官燕。整個套餐係$198一個人份量。講真呢個一個人份量其實都幾足夠,特別要提一提嘅就係佢嗰個包汁,其實無論係時菜或者鮑魚佢都係同嗰個汁,好有鮑魚嘅鮮味,蠔油嘅香,再加上花膠嘅㾾口,應該係一啲炆咗好耐嘅陳年包汁,所以啲乜嘢都咁好食。不過我都係最鍾意食$55嘅魚翅,呢個價錢來講一個人如果可以食到兩個都係$110,係最抵食。但係最唔中意就係唔知幾時開始,一定會比啲杏仁餅同埋一包紙巾你,咁當然係要收錢啊。
