The two milk puddings have a slightly different texture from what I expected; stiffer than traditional Italian panna cotta, a strong aftertaste from the tea but a little too sweet for my liking.

I love the houjicha tea jelly better, which is light, perfectly sweeten and is basically jelly-like with extra bounciness.

The matcha ice cream is another favourite though it is not so appealing and icy, the matcha flavor is distinctively pronounce and phenomenal. It is a great option to get some tea fix.
