We checked into the hotel and were planning on going to Fernando's, but it was getting late. Instead, we stayed in and dined at the hotel restaurant. The ambiance and decoration were average, and their Portuguese dishes were quite good. I ordered the Stuff Squid, and it was generous in portion and also quite delicious. However, a few of my party ordered beef dishes were all over-cooked. They apologized by giving us a dish of salad. OK...The Rose selection was good, and they even had ice buck

OK...

The Rose selection was good, and they even had ice buckets for them. At 120 a pop, it ain't bad. The Dao had a Pinot Noir bottle and sure enough, tasted light in style. The Borba was light and sour but improved in body after about 20 min. Both did not have much complexity to speak of, but at 120, they were simply quaffing table wine.
