I ordered chorizo, steamed clams in wine, grilled sardines, and seafood stew. The cuisine didn't quite live up to expectations. Perhaps part of the reason was that the air conditioning was too strong, causing the meal to cool quickly and lose its appeal. The presentation of the chorizo, seared in a pig-shaped container, was intriguing. Overall, the dishes were overcooked, and the seafood was difficult to chew. It was a bit disappointing, but at least the flavors weren't too heavy. So we had a great time in Macau.
