Couldn't find my photos for here for so many months, until I realised 1 day that on that late night my Mobile Phone had ran out of battery - so its on someone else's phone I had borrowed! This trip was around 15 months ago!**************************** The HAND PULLED noodles here were pretty good, nice texture and great taste. The HAND PULLED noodles here were pretty good, nice texture and great taste. The soup broth was really boring however, but its still a dish recommendable.
The other stuff like Porkchops were dry and tasteless, the Chinese Doughnuts (Cruller) cold and chewy, the Congee we had was artificially flavoured. Even the Salted Duck Eggs we had, had a dull looking, really solid and plain tasting yolk. Don't even think about wishing for a runny and 'sandy' like texture.
Minced 肉燥 was ok as they can't go wrong usually.
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN NOODLES!
AND STILL CANNOT BELIEVE MICHELIN GUIDE BOTHERED MENTIONING THIS PLACE.
