Ingredient and Portion
中筋麵粉 2杯/300g
無鹽牛油 130g
糖粉 30g
黑朱古力 100-150g
草莓 適量
Method
1. 預熱焗爐180℃
2. 首先把麵粉、糖粉、牛油放入攪拌機成粉狀做奶油酥餅
3. 放進小烤盤後輕輕拍緊定型
4. 焗10-15分鐘
5. 把黑朱古力隔熱水坐溶備用
6. 看到奶油酥餅撻底邊邊稍微變色後,從焗爐取出後涼卻大約5分鐘
7. 把草莓切粒或切片備用
8. 在奶油酥餅撻的表面涂上厚厚的一層朱古力醬
9. 放上草莓即成
Tips
1. 可以輕輕撒上糖粉裝飾
2. 草莓要在朱古力醬還沒變硬前放上
3. 可以在朱古力醬上面放忌廉後再放上草莓
