這道菜煮法簡單容易又方便, 而且味道很鮮甜.
Ingredient and Portion
大蝦 約12隻
蔥(切粒) 適量
蒜頭(剁碎) 少許
生粉 少許
油2 茶匙
Seasoning
生抽 1茶匙
老抽 少許
芝麻油 少許
糖 1/2茶匙
紹酒 1/2茶匙
Method
1.剪開蝦背去腸及清洗,抹乾大蝦,用生粉塗在蝦身上。
2.起鑊加油,鑊紅加入大蝦用慢中火煎香3分鐘至8成熟,在鑊邊灒紹酒。
3.加入蒜蓉、蔥粒、生抽、老抽、芝麻油、糖,最後加入大蝦拌勻便成。
Tips
1.一定要吸乾水份,用生粉塗在蝦身上,使蝦煎得更香脆.
