桂格燕麥片 3/4杯
鮮奶 750毫升
雞蛋 2隻
蛋白 2隻
雲呢嗱香油 1/2茶匙
黃糖 3-4湯匙
全麥麵包 2片
Method
1. 鮮奶500毫升及桂格燕麥片以小火略煮,熄火後待涼。
2. 將雞蛋拌勻,加入餘下鮮奶、糖及雲呢嗱香油,過篩後,倒進 (1)中充份拌勻。
3. 全麥麵包切成小塊,鋪於焗盤或布甸杯內。倒進(2)混合物,在焗爐以180度隔熱水焗約40分鐘,待涼後冷藏3小時,伴鮮果享用。
