新鮮三文魚肉 90克
越南春卷皮 10片
甘筍 2條
青瓜 1/2條
洋蔥 1/2個
車厘茄 8粒
Seasoning
沙律汁:
蘋果醋 4湯匙
雜錦香草 2湯匙
蜜糖 2湯匙
檸檬汁 1湯匙
蒜蓉 2粒
薄荷葉 數片
辣椒碎 適量
橄欖油 適量
Method
1. 三文魚肉切粒;甘筍、青瓜、洋蔥洗淨切絲;車厘茄切半。
2. 沙律汁材料拌勻,再加入(1)拌勻。
3. 越南春卷皮用暖水逐片浸軟。
4. 將餡料放在越南春卷皮上,包成春卷狀。
