北芪、黨參、當歸皆為補氣補血之藥材,配以溫中補虛之羊肉,能改善體質,暖胃袪寒。對形虛體弱以致臉色蒼白之人仕,飲後回復面色紅潤,體魄恢復強健,為女仕們不可不飲的日常湯水。

羊肉 1斤
北芪 5錢
黨參 5錢
桂圓 2錢
當歸 5錢
生薑 2片
Seasoning
幼鹽 適量
Method
1. 羊肉洗淨斬開成件,於沸水中煮數分鐘,撈起瀝乾水份。
2. 北芪、黨參、桂圓、當歸及生薑等用水洗淨。
3. 煲中注入適量清水,大火煮沸,於入全部材料,以慢火煲三小時,加入適量幼鹽調味,即可飲用。
