材料
日本南瓜 200 克
椰汁 100 克
淡花奶 450 克
水 150 毫升
粟粉 20 克
魚膠粉 8 克

糖 40 克 (可選用黃砂糖,比較健康及清甜)
Method
做法
魚膠粉置於碗中,用50毫升水攪勻,然後置於熱水中至魚膠溶液清澈。
南瓜去皮,然後切片,隔水蒸 15 – 20 分鐘至南瓜軟,放涼後再用义壓成南瓜蓉。
將椰汁、水、淡奶和糖一同煮沸,再加入南瓜蓉,攪勻。用少許水將粟粉攪勻,倒入椰漿液中,邊煮邊攪勻,以免粘底,所以我會用易潔鍋,比較容易控制。
待 (3) 煮沸後,熄火,然後加入魚膠溶液攪勻。
Tips
涼凍後再放入雪櫃內至凝固,食用時切件即可。可加上花奶。
