南瓜粒 1杯
烏冬 2包
免治瘦肉 160克
金菇 100克
冬菇 2粒
芫荽 少許
薑 2片
上湯 1/2杯
粟米油 3茶匙

瘦肉醃料:
鹽 1/3茶匙
胡椒粉 少許
Seasoning
鹽 1/2茶匙
糖 1/2茶匙
胡椒粉 少許
Method
1. 免治瘦肉以醃料拌勻醃片刻。
2. 南瓜粒蒸約6至8分鐘,待涼。
3. 冬菇浸軟去蒂,洗淨切絲。金菇切去根部。
4. 燒熱鑊,下油,爆香薑片,炒熟肉碎。
5. 下烏冬、冬菇,炒5分鐘。
6. 加入金菇、南瓜粒、芫荽、調味料,倒入上湯,炒勻,略炆至上湯收乾。
