長南瓜 半個
魚柳 2 條
麵包粒適量
芝士 適量
魚露、老抽、生粉、雜香草 適量
Method
1. 先將南瓜切粒,隔水蒸到半腍, 之後平鋪於焗盆內略為壓平
2. 魚柳用適量魚露、老抽、生粉、雜香草醃大半個鐘以上,之後鋪於南瓜面上。
3. 加入一層芝士於面,放入已預熱 200 度焗爐內焗 15 分鐘。
4. 之後拎出鋪上麵包粒、一層芝士並調大焗爐度數去 250 度,焗多 5-10 分鐘至表面金黃即可。
Tips
* 高溫度令到面頭焗到微燶帶脆咁,如果唔想太燶的話可以保持200度繼續焗至熟為止
