鮮奶 100-150ml
蜜糖 隨意
Method
1.南瓜去皮洗淨去籽,切細塊,蒸熟
2.南瓜肉加奶,用手或攪拌機打勻
3.加入蜂蜜
Tips
1.南瓜本身已經有d甜味,所以蜜糖可以唔使落咁多
