巴馬芝士碎 150克
莫澤雷拉芝士碎 少許
新意派卡邦尼芝士煙肉意粉 1包
洋蔥碎 少許
意大利煙燻火腿粒 2湯匙
紅加侖子 少許
蕃茜碎 少許
黑椒 少許
Method
1. 將兩種芝士磨碎,備用。
2. 燒熱鍋,先下巴馬芝士碎,待溶後,再下少許莫澤雷拉芝士碎,烘至金黃色,再反轉烘另一面至金黃色,下少許黑椒,取出。
3. 將芝士薄片放在餅模上待涼至脆身,成杯狀。
4. 燒熱油,下洋蔥碎及意大利煙燻火腿粒爆香,加入300毫升水,沸後放入麵餅煮3分鐘,加入調味粉,兜炒後取出。
5. 將意粉放在芝士脆杯中,灑入少許黑椒,以紅加侖子及蕃茜點綴,即可。
