Ingredient and Portion
半肥瘦豬扒 300g
三色燈籠椒 各1杯
洋蔥 半個
蒜頭 3小塊
栗粉 2茶匙
蛋白 1個

罐頭菠蘿 2片
罐頭菠蘿糖水
Seasoning
蓄茄醬 2茶匙
白醋 2茶匙
糖 2茶匙
水 4茶匙
醬油 1茶匙
Method
1. 將水、白醋、糖和蓄茄醬拌勻後再加1茶匙栗粉拌匀
2. 把蒜頭拍扁,其他蔬菜切塊
3. 豬扒切塊
4. 用蛋白加醬油和1茶匙醃豬扒塊
5. 用中火把豬扒炸3分鐘後撈出瀝油
6. 開大火,等油溫升高後再下豬扒
7. 起鍋前把三色椒過油,再一齊撈出瀝油
8. 熱鍋放一點油,放蓄茄醬炒香,再倒入甜酸汁(步驟1)後用中火慢煮到變濃
9. 加進豬排蔬菜拌匀後即成
Tips
1. 煮甜酸汁的時候不能大火,因爲甜酸汁含糖度高,大火的話容易燒焦
