這款幼滑奶凍配上香濃咖啡味道,喜歡奶凍朋友一定要試試,做法很簡單。
Ingredient and Portion
份量:5-6杯
淡忌廉 400毫升
牛奶 400毫升
咖啡粉 4-5茶匙(隨個人口味調較濃淡)
糖 75克
魚膠粉 12克
Method
1. 魚膠粉加少許水攪勻,坐熱水座溶備用。
2. 淡忌廉及牛奶加糖用慢火煮至糖溶,最後加入咖啡粉攪勻,熄火。
3. 將步驟[1]的魚膠水放入奶中攪勻。
4. 待涼後倒入容器中,放入雪櫃冷藏4至5小時即成。
Tips
這款奶凍食譜可改做其他口味,例如加入3-4茶匙無糖可可粉就可做出莫加(Mocha)味道。
另外,將咖啡粉減去就可做出牛奶奶凍,或將咖啡粉減去加入綠茶粉可做出綠茶奶凍。
