突然想起日本超市的咖喱薯仔餅,再配一杯飲品,已經是一個好好的Tea set組合呢!

中型至小型薯仔 4個
豬柳 2塊(可用碎牛肉代替)
蛋 1隻
粟粉 適量
日式炸粉 適量
Seasoning
咖喱粉 3湯匙
鹽 1湯匙
糖 1湯匙
水 少許
牛油 1湯匙
Method
1. 煲一鍋水將薯仔烚熟,將薯仔去皮壓成蓉。
2. 薯蓉加入調味料拌勻。
3. 炸鍋開中火,倒入適量的油。
4. 將薯蓉用手搓成圓型,先上粟粉,再上蛋漿,最後沾上日式炸粉。
5. 將薯仔球落鍋炸至金黃色即可撈起。
