香口味美,可佐酒的好菜

青椒 半個
小紅椒 1隻
椰菜 1/3個
豆干 2件
豬腩肉 6兩
Seasoning
雞粉 1茶匙
鹽 半茶匙
油 1湯匙
水 1湯匙
豆瓣醬 2湯匙
栗粉 1湯匙
Method
1.青椒、椰菜、豆干、豬腩肉切片,小紅椒切絲備用
2.燒熱鑊後加油,將豬腩肉炒至金香上碟備用,
3.燒熱鑊加油,把椰菜炒2分鐘後,加入雞粉和青椒炒,再加入豆干、豬腩肉和水,蓋上鑊蓋
4.5分鐘後開蓋加入豆辦醬拌勻,最後埋粟粉水
Tips
1.如果可以食辣可加少許指天椒,更加香口.
