Ingredient and Portion
雞翼 10隻 (隨意)

醃料:
甜豉油 3茶匙
紹興酒 2茶匙
蒜粉 2茶匙
黑椒粉 2茶匙
胡椒粉 2茶匙
孜然粉 2湯匙
Method
1. 將雞翼洗淨,抺乾後,再加入醃料醃30分鐘
2. 雞翼醃好後,將孜然粉灑在每隻雞翼的面上
3. 再將黑芝麻灑在每隻雞翼的面上
4. 預熱光波爐200度,將雞翼放在架上(架預先塗了一層油防止痴底)
5. 用光波爐煮12分鐘
Tips
心得:
1. 雞翼溶雪後浸鹽水五分鐘可癖雪藏味!
2. 把厚皮一面向上焗(不用反轉)反而仲乾身及脆!
3. 醃過夜更入味
