安琪梨配中式蝦串燒

利用時值當造、鮮香怡人的安琪梨,可炮製出色香味俱全的醒胃春日美點,翳悶倦怠一掃而空。
Ingredient and Portion
安琪梨 2個(去芯,切成一吋大小的四方粒)
中蝦 6隻
車厘茄 12粒
青椒 1個(去核,切成一吋大小的方塊)
紅椒片 1/2茶匙
竹籤 12支
Seasoning
蜜糖 1/2杯
醬油 1/2杯
芝麻油 1湯匙
薑末 1湯匙
蒜泥 2茶匙
Method
1. 將蜜糖、醬油、芝麻油、薑末、蒜泥及紅椒拌勻備用。
2. 將3件梨、3隻蝦、1塊青椒及1粒車厘茄整齊串於竹籤上。
3. 將串燒放於平底碟上,淋上醃料,於冰箱雪藏一小時。
4. 於燒烤盤塗上油後預熱。
5. 中火加熱,將串燒的每一面烤煮三至五分鐘,直至蝦煮熟即成。
