呢個食譜專為懶人而設,一啖就可以食到三種口味,巴馬火腿嘅鹹香味,雞蛋嘅濃郁味,蕃茄嘅鮮甜味。
適合為早餐、頭盤、小食,方便又快捷。

巴馬火腿 6片
雞蛋 6隻
蕃茄 1個
Seasoning
黑胡椒碎 適量
青葱 自選
Method
1. 先將蕃茄切開6片備用。
2. 掃適量既油喺鬆餅焗盤後,將巴馬火腿放於凹位
3. 再放入蕃茄片
4. 然後於每個凹位打入雞蛋
5. 最後將焗盤放入焗爐,用180度焗大約10-15分鐘
6. 加上黑胡椒碎及青葱,味道更佳
Tips
1. 可用煙肉腩代替巴馬火腿,但要預先將煙肉預先焗至7成熟。
2. 亦可加入更多蔬菜,如薯仔粒,蘆筍等。
