附送的餐湯只有寥寥的湯料,自製的白湯加入十足份量的蘑菇、洋蔥,仲可以煮成稠汁拌飯呢!
Ingredient and Portion
蘑菇2包
洋蔥1個
雞湯1小包
水1- 1.5杯
牛油2 tbsp
麵粉少許
忌廉

鹽, 胡椒適量


Method
1. 蘑菇切片, 洋蔥切粒, 以雞湯和水煮軟.
2. 待蘑菇水稍涼, 以打茸器打成蘑菇茸.
3. 另一煲上以慢火煮溶牛油, 下麵粉拌勻, 拌入蘑菇茸轉中火.
4. 煮煲後轉細火, 調味, 下忌廉拌勻便成.
Tips
1. 可下以許百里香與雞湯同煮, 味道會更香.
2. 熄火前下少許些厘酒會有點睛作用.
3. 多選幾款不同的菇類會更香.
