偽Risotto,因為用的是珍珠米,湯底是用了1:3的日本萬能汁,罐頭忌廉黃粟及雞肉腸仔是家庭必備儲糧之食材~

Ingredient and Portion
米 2杯
雞肉腸 1包
忌廉黃粟 1罐
Seasoning
日本萬能汁 1杯
清水 3杯
香草 適量
Method
1. 把香腸切片後用少許油煎香,拿起備用
2. 用中型鑊燒熱油,加米炒勻
3. 加入日本萬能汁與清水用1:3比例成為湯,每次半杯,要不斷翻炒,避免米黏底
4. 直至米差不多吸收所有湯,就加另半杯湯
5. 重覆此步驟,直至嚐到米有外軟內硬的情況(約20分鐘)
6. 加入煎過的香腸片、忌廉黃粟及小半杯清水/湯翻炒
7. 最後把米煮至適合自己的熟度(約30分鐘)便完成
