南瓜擁有豐富的維他命A、纖維、蛋白質及胡蘿蔔素等,而且味道甜美,以南瓜配以多種蔬菜來做餸,不止顏美漂亮吸引,而且味道也好,大人及兒童也適合吃!

日本南瓜 1個
薯仔 3隻
青瓜 2條
素鱈魚丸 1包

Seasoning
咖喱粉 2湯匙
白開水 半碗
鹽 1/2茶匙
Method
1.南瓜、薯仔、青瓜洗淨切好備用。
2.把白開水煮滾、倒入咖喱粉同煮及不停攪拌至混合。
3.先放南瓜及薯仔煮15分鐘至食材變軟腍。
4.放下鹽,再把餘下的青瓜及素鱈魚丸同煮10分鐘。
5.輕輕再攪拌食材,整煲上桌即可。
Tips
若不喜歡素鱈魚丸也可以用芋絲替代。
