手指餅 1包
消化餅 50克
牛油 30克
藍莓醬 300克
糖 150克
蛋 1隻
淡忌廉 200克
魚膠粉 1湯匙
檸檬汁 3湯匙
什果 隨意
Method
1.將消化餅壓碎, 將已溶的牛油撈勻, 然後放入6吋餅模壓平, 放入雪櫃
2.蛋及糖座於熱水上用打蛋器打勻至乳白色成忌廉狀
3.將藍莓醬加入攪勻
4.魚膠粉加入檸檬汁放於熱水上座溶, 然後加入藍莓蛋漿內
5.取出餅底, 將手指餅圍於側邊, 將藍莓漿均勻倒入, 掃平, 放入雪櫃約4-5小時
6.取出蛋糕裝飾蛋糕面便可

唔好意思!漏左添
喺攪入魚膠粉後
將淡忌廉打至企身,將1/3加入藍莓漿內,稍為攪勻。然後將餘下藍莓漿加入淡忌廉攪勻。
