Royce朱古力相信有好多人熟識吧,而且也十分好吃,令人難以抗拒,一口又一口,今次教大家整這款朱古力。
Ingredient and Portion
白朱古力 200g
淡忌廉 125ml
無鹽牛油 15g
抹茶粉 25g
Seasoning
1. 抹茶粉
Method
1. 預備一個正方形的模並鋪上牛油紙
2. 煮熱淡忌廉至微熱備用
3. 切碎白朱古力及放入牛油
4. 用小量的水混合抹茶粉至糊狀
5. 將微熱的淡忌廉倒進白朱古力裡搞拌至混合
6. 再加入抹茶粉
7. 最後倒入步驟1 的模內冷藏4小時
Tips
1. 完成後,用熱毛巾輕抹餐刀會較易切開朱古力
2. 完成後可在面灑上抹茶粉
