炎炎的夏天, 總會提不起食慾, 這款冰涼的拍青瓜, 酸酸的帶點微辣, 正好為你消消暑及引起你的食慾, 在街食到的, 3x - 4x 蚊一碟, 又不好吃又不化算~
Ingredient and Portion
青瓜 4條(有刺的那一種)
芫茜 3條
蒜頭 2個
指天椒 1隻
Seasoning
鎮江醋 半碗
砂糖 1-2茶匙
麻油 適量
豆瓣醬 適量
雞粉 少許(可不加,隨個人喜好)
Method
1.先將青瓜去皮,用刀輕拍後切段,加少許鹽,放入雪櫃備用
2.切碎蒜頭及指天椒,混入所有調味料之中
3.將芫茜洗淨切段
4.將青瓜和醬汁混和,配以芫茜食用
Tips
1.青瓜去皮時留有少許青色皮,可以令青瓜更爽口
2.青瓜一定要拍, 因為會更入味
3.青瓜放入雪櫃時要加少許鹽,可以將多餘的水份迫出,如想縮短時間,可放入冰格10分鐘即可食用
4.豆板醬帶咸,指天椒勁辣,所以混醬時要試味,不要落太多,不喜愛吃指天椒及芫茜可省略
5.加入麻油會更香
