芝士 1/2片
青瓜條 1-2條
甘筍條 1-2條
粟米粒 20-30克
紫菜 1-2片
Method
1.首先拿起一片麵包,再用保鮮紙壓平。
2.於麵包上放半片芝士。
3.然後放上青瓜條和甘筍條。
4.再在麵包上放提子乾和粟米粒。
5.慢慢把麵包卷上。
6.再用紫菜在麵包卷中間卷上,插入牙籤定位即成。
